Before returning any items you must call 1-(800) 695-0036 from 8am-4:30pm (CST) Monday through Friday and obtain a return authorization number.
Items sent back without a return authorization number will be refused. The RMA number must be visible on the outside of the package.
All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued.
All returned items must be returned in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Any damaged cartons will be refused regardless of RMA number or reason.
Items returned in damaged or severely used condition, which cannot be resold as new, will be returned to the customer. You will incur additional charges if product is returned in damaged condition.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment.
All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee.
Customers are responsible for paying freight both ways.
There are no returns on custom products.
We will assist our customers in working with manufacturers for any manufacturer warranty claims for our products.
